Salon de Weave products are shipped from our flagship store located in Detroit, Michigan. Shipping hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM until 5PM EST. All orders are processed within 2 business days. Example: If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday. Please note that business days do not include: Saturday, Sunday, or Official Holidays.

We provide domestic shipping for a flat rate fee of $10.99. Please reach out to us for international shipping options. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships.

If inaccurate or incomplete information is provided, it may delay processing. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays.

All packages require a signature. We recommend inputting a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package.

Tracking Orders
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process. You will also receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status along its journey.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Once shipped, Salon de Weave is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • RETURN POLICY


Salon de Weave will gladly accommodate returns and exchanges within 7 business days of purchase on all bundles and hair-care products that have not been opened, tampered with, has a missing label or worn. Please note that all sales are final once wigs and hair extensions are colored, cut, washed, installed, etc.

By placing an order at Salon de Weave, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. To initiate a return, please fill out our Customer Care form with your order number in the subject line. Upon receipt of returned goods, Salon de Weave has the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.

What is the Return Period?

  • Salon de Weave will provide a refund on hair extensions, wigs and haircare products that have not been tampered with, opened or worn within 7 business days.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping cost?

  • Yes. All customers are fully responsible for their own return shipping cost. Salon de Weave is not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend purchasing a tracking number.

When will I receive my refund?

  • A refund will be provided in the original method of payment after we receive and inspect the item. Please note that most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel any orders before shipping.

Can I return an open bundle?

  • No. Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.
