Yes, SDW allows accept walk-in clients. To ensure that you receive prompt service and reduced wait time appointments are recommended. A walk-in fee is required during the last hour of service.

Can you refund my deposit for the online appointment?

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded to the original payment method. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

What does the VIP service include?

The VIP service includes express service, direct access to the stylist of your choice, and complimentary snacks and beverages.

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required and will be applied toward your service. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit to the original payment method. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Walk-ins must prepay, with an additional fee during the last hour of operation. Appointments are given priority over walk-ins.
